Stall Amenities:

Stall Layout:

  • Stalls will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Stall layout will be provided upon booking confirmation

Booking Deadline:

  • November 25, 2024

Cancellation Policy:

  • 50% refund for cancellations before November 10, 2024
  • No refunds for cancellations after November 15, 2024

Payment Terms:

  • 100% payment in advance
  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, Cash or DD

Booking Procedure:

  • Fill out the booking form (available on website or upon request)
  • Pay booking fee
  • Receive confirmation and stall allocation
